Question about uploading translated Shounen Jump Chapters

Am I allowed to take the chapters of MangaPlus and translate them into a different Language as a Translation. (I´m thinking about Translating to German). I tried to look it up in the rules, but it wasn´t really clear for me so I wanted to ask just in case.

Yes, under rule 2.3.1:

Using the translated script of an official release as the basis of a scanlation is allowed only if the script has been re-translated into a different language.

As long as you're actually *translating* something it doesn't matter where the raws are coming from.
