Monokage no Iris doesn't end at that point, the MC goes to the abandoned building again and the husband finds him there. From what I understood from the raws it seems the husband takes him home and has sex with his wife in front of the MC, but it backfires and she ends up having sex with MC and going away with him. The ending wasn't so clear (since it is hasn't been translated yet) but they're travelling somewhere by train and the she gets off without telling him. They exchange some words and the train leaves the station

@Moreira_X Given the authors MO, The MC and sensei will do the deed at the end of it won't happen at all. I find it hard to believe the husband really does care about sensei here, so it's leading me to believe the MC and sensei will do the deed at some point. But again it'll either be at the end or not at all. I don't mind too much as I'm actually interested to see the story progress.

But how Mitsuaki is shown, he's too much of an otaku to pay attention to any sort of female flesh. I doubt Sensei would be able to change his taste. I suppose he's just being caring and humble.

The husband has been acting like a douche since the first chapter, wouldn't be surprised if he ends up ditching Sensei for the job or anything else.

Hopefully we get some spicy panels next chapter.
