Re-introduce concept of "Mature" flag :maybe:

The mature flag from batoto seems to have been deprecated as a concept in favour of the hentai flag (maybe I'm misconstruing what happened but?), and I'm really feeling the lack. There's nothing to mark stuff that's just really graphic, now.

Some examples of things I wished I could put a mature flag on in the past week or so, to warn people such as myself away:

Basically, broadly speaking, there are cases where ecchi/smut/hentai doesn't apply, but people such as myself (who were raised in a nation with the vestiges of puritan mores, and so are uncomfortable with these things ;p), would still like to be forewarned about graphic content.

In my defense, it wasn't anything like the most-recent thread when I started writing. (And that it is so closely related to my request was not the impression I'd gotten from its title or skimming its contents, but on re-reading it I see that is is indeed the same question, just coming from another direction).
