'read chapter' markers doesn't sync with 'reading progress' section

just as the title mention, upon reading a chapter, yes, the 'read chapter' marker will appear but the 'reading progress' doesn't update with the marker whenever the user read a chapter and whenever the user edits their reading progress, the marker doesn't appear, thus, 'reading progress' section might as well be rendered as useless.
