Read chapters not tracking

Long time user, I know about the wonderful ability of how to start checking off what chapters you have read, but unfortunately it seems to be down or something.

I went to see how far a particular series had progressed since the last time I had read it a few months ago, and when the page pulled up it was showing that I had not read any of it because all the eyes were dark.

This is especially frustrating because I checked more in my list of manga, and found that several of them had the exact same problem. So after I read ch 1 again and returned to the series title screen, and it still said that I had not read that chapter

Any help is very appreciated, thank you

@Azurekite1 You have to be following a manga and it should be set as 'Reading' for the read markers to track read chapters

Yes, I know that. I am following a number of series while they are set as "reading" but this problem persists.

It is also odd that I had read many chapters of the Case Closed manga that is here, and I placed it on "hold" status for a couple months, and when I put it back on "reading" then I couldn't find where I last read from
