Currently, the on-hover bar (to expand the sidebar) takes priority over the page bar. On chapters with a high number of pages, this can result in the right-most page(s) being inaccessible via the page bar.

The page bar should have priority over the on-hover bar.

Didn't realize this was an issue since I don't use the on-hover bar (in Reader Settings). +1.
