This is not a big issue to me but I noticed when I have MD@H turned on all the images in a chapter are preloaded, versus when MD@H is turned off it only loads images to the number that has been set
Reader setting
ON: Notice all blocks are solid color indicating that the image has been loaded
OFF: Notice only the some are solid indicating that the reader setting was respected
