Reader: When reading with 2-page view, increase the number of pre-loaded pages by >1 :will fix:

Otherwise, by default you'll stumble into a page loading if you try to skip the click next twice too fast.

@ikemen I guess I could bump the default to 4, but I'm not going make the preload value behave unpredictably. If it says preload 3, then it should not preload 3+1.
