Reading markers and chapter following status is not working:fixed:

Currently the chapter Read Markers aren't registering in the database properly and new series can't be set to "Reading", but can be set to anything else.
New data like recent comments and forum posts also don't seem to be displaying correctly, like a comment I've just posted won't appear for about 10 seconds where it would usually appear instantly.
I also recall posting in a forum post about this issue, but now that thread is not being displayed.

I'm assuming the database system must be experiencing issues as it has previously?
