As far as I can tell, it seems that all the Reading Progress Tracker's for my manga have been set to the maximum of either my latest read chapter or the number of chapters that existed 2 days ago.
Chapter Progress = MAX(<Latest_read_chapter>, <Number_of_chapters_2_days_ago>)
Any followed manga that hasn't been updated in the last 2 days shows that I've read all of them (not with eyes, but with the tracker); Any manga that has been updated in the last 2 days but which I haven't read shows that I've read up to the chapters that existed 2 days ago (again, not with the eyes, only with the progress tracker).
