I also supect that the other Automata from the Byakudashiki series didn't go out of control for no reason what so ever, considering how Minazuki functions and he is "Incompatable".
It's almost as if they were programmed to go out of control and Minazuki could not be, if the fl's mother was creating war machines surely giving them such human expressions and giving them that much detail would be a waste. It feels like except Minazuki who is the last to be made they were not originally intended for war? (Speculations, I know)
