Recent chapter comments do not show on some chapter comments pages

Recent chapter comments are showing in the series page chapter comment counter and the forum threads, but not on the chapter comment page.

For example, https://mangadex.org/thread/7217/ is currently showing 6 comments.
The series page, https://mangadex.org/manga/19104/murenase-shiiton-gakuen also shows 6 comments on the counter.
Clicking through the counter on the series page or the comments button in the reader links to https://mangadex.org/chapter/271239/comments which has no comments.

There are a few other instances of this I found on recent chapter comments, but it seems inconsistent. Going down the current 15 most recent threads in https://mangadex.org/forum/12/manga-chapters

Yea, seems like there is a problem. Several of the manga are definitely not showing chapter comments. You can see there there are supposed to be x of them, but when you click to go to them, there aren't any there.

Added: I even posted a chapter comment on a new chapter, and it did not appear, and also did not appear to add a comment (no number added indicating a comment).
