Regarding MDList's order of latest updates. :planned:

Hello!
I've been wondering why does MDList including chapter updates from other languages instead of only showing chapter updates from the preferred language—just like the algorithm in the Follows page—that has been set on our account settings?
Because its been misleading me to think that a manga is having a chapter update from—for example—2 hours ago and yet when i checked it, there was none! And then from what i found; its turns out that there was actually a chapter update from that 2 hours ago, but it was an update from a different language that has been set!
That being said; is this actually intended to differentiate the MDList and the Follows page? Or is this just a miss in between the algorithm of latest update from the two?
Response will be appreciated.

True. When I sort my MDList by "Last updated", it doesn't sort by purely by the recency of English chapters. Idk if this question has been asked before tho (although I'm guessing it probably has).

Oh, I didn't see it bc I went to "MDList" instead of "Chapter Listing", where it's under "Last updated timestamp to respect language filters".

Do you have/know a link to the thread of that known problem? If so then pls tell me so i could read them further. I'd like to know at least why did it happen or an explanation to the current problem.
Also, may i ask where do i can see those planned features? Cs i actually have another question with a different topic so i think i should read whats already been planned first.

Not just MDList, it's an issue to other things as well, say, the search and this: https://mangadex.org/follows/manga/1

Follows and the like are not affected because the chapters not in your languages are filtered, the manga pages themselves don't need to be sorted. Guess there's no real algorithm behind it.
