Remove the required attribute from the search box

Removing the required attribute from the search box in the nav bar allows for quicker access to the manga search page by just hitting the search button, instead of having to click the manga menu and then the search link from there.
Manually removing the required attribute with browser dev tools seems to work without obvious issue.
