Request to upload new volume cover

Hi,
I'm looking to change the cover of Wataten (https://mangadex.org/title/27926/watashi-ni-tenshi-ga-maiorita/chapters/) and it says I need to contact the staff to upload. Who can I contact for this/ Is there any way I could be given the rights to change the vol. cover? (Not sure who the 'staff' are around here)
