@XNovalX It's probably because the art style is different here.
For example, comparing the appearance in this chapter to chapter 3 page 14.
Looking closely (because I have nothing better to do): The eyes and head shape are noticeably different. Plus, in this chapter, Lilith has blush and eyelashes sticking out.
Lots of small differences add up to a fairly big change. I mainly recognized which character this was because there's only 1 maid that I know of.

@dragondeathlord Probably wasn't pure faith...as being a demon, she should have been able to feel his reincarnation magic working it's miracles outside said coffin as she stood near. That said, 200 years is still a long time to wait not knowing when he'd wake up.
