Role colors when selecting DM recipient

Suggestion (shamelessly stolen from slch): highlighting people's names with the color of their role when selecting DM recipients

Would, I think, help prevent people selecting the wrong person when trying to contact staff members in case of similar names for ex.

I looked into it, it does not seem trivial so I cant promise it anytime soon

But I agree that would be very useful
