I second Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu
You can also try:
Nisekoi (has shy girl, a tomboy, onee-chan, a tsundere and a loli)
Isekai Ojisan (It IS a rom com in a sense)
Tonari no Seki no Satou-san (FL is quite outspoken kind)
