That's an interesting gimmick, two separate wish granters working in harmony. In the end it'll be either 15 or 18 wishes depending on whether thumb of paw counts, which is not infinite but quite a hefty increase.
Though, also subtract 4-5 of those for the curse purging, so 11 or 13 wishes that are productive... I think? Got a little lost in the sauce on math. Either way, decent pile.
*edit* WAIT, but something I didn't consider: maybe she can wish for the fingers to be restored later too, just because she hasn't yet doesn't mean it can't loop back around in the same way.
