RSS feed: option to receive feed based on your language preference. :planned:

As the title says. An option to choose language or scanalator group from RSS feed (maybe a customized link?) instead scrolling through and finding if the latest chapter is available for your native language. Thank you for the website and having the option to have RSS feeds in the first place.

RSS needs a whole bunch of improvements and we should be able to deliver those once we get our database management stuff done. As with pretty much every suggestion these days, this is for the site rewrite.
