RSS Feed stopped working in RSS reader.

If I go to an RSS feed URL directly (like this: https://mangadex.org/rss/PK5XNUQsy3Yq89fR4k7npcAtz2dmevSC/manga_id/20548), I can see that the XML is just fine and fully updated. However, using QuiteRSS results in a connection error, and Feedly and Feedbucket both claim there is nothing at that link. All of these readers work just fine for the RSS feeds at MangaPark (but I don't like that website). All of these feeds worked just fine a few days ago on QuiteRSS (can't confirm for the others, since I just tried using them to figure out my problem). According to QuiteRSS, it gets a 403 error when trying to read from the feed.

The problem appears to be resolved now.
