To clarify:

This really is the last chapter published. The author's note was written in 2011 ("62 years after founding of PRC") and there hasn't been another update ever since. There's not supposed to be a direct connection between arc 1 and arc 2. At this point, since two of the characters show up in Luoxiaohei universe, its unlikely this will ever get out of hiatus.

At least we got to learn how Wuxian becomes so strong at such a young age in one panel. I wanted to learn how he became the king's closest bodyguard cause it looks like the spin off won't tell us that.
