I mean, she didn't really do anything. She lost to the very first obstacle. She may be an assassin, but now she is a failed assassin who was let go. In other words, she is useless since her appearance was revealed. Plus, sending her back may discourage others from attempting to assassinate him.

Anyone who wants to kill you should be eliminated, simply because if they REALLY want you dead, there's little you can do to stop them. They'll find a moment where you're weak, find the tools that it takes, combine the two, and finish the job.
Now, obviously she and he are going to fight, he'll win stupidly because he's worthless and this is mostly a gag ecchi manga and this pathetic specimen of a human being will convince her to stick with him so she won't be alone, and she'll leave the chuuni-fucker for the human.

If someone transforms into the shape of a child mid-combat, can you no longer fight them?
