It's a classic thing in those Manhwas piling up dramas on dramas while having good ending. Na-ra itself is torturing her mind over the steroids so she will has told the truth soon or later.

@Alice_is_lost Thing is, she didn't force her to take it. In the end, Na-ra take the steroids in her own choices. Yes she have been a bit forceful but she didn't threaten or force the injection.
