Turkish!! My family used to make this all the time when I was little. To make it extra delicious, you can add a few cardamom pods, and/or a splash of rose or orange water.

Let your cup sit a while before you sip- till its cool enough to drink most of the grounds should have settled. Never drink the last sip, it'll be 100% grounds.

Thank guys, I searched up some youtube videos on it and the little pot thing ibrik is really cute. I don't have that at home, I guess the closest thing I have is a metal mug.
 
@Nixnaw You can make it in a normal, small pot too! The smaller the better since you don't want to drink much at once- it's REALLY strong. Think like cold-brew. Just keep a closer eye on it because it'll boil faster like that.

(also by 'powdered coffee' they mean 'ultra, ultrafine ground coffee that looks like powder'- which I only add bc I thought they meant instant for a second and got confused).
