I like that the mangaka didn't drag this out.
The flow was smooth, and the ending was good for both characters. Ryou is still a kid, and Rinko is still slowly mending things with her mom and also a growing up process of her own.

Aww I wanted to see Rinko and Ryou get together and grow their relationship but this ending is good too. It's obviously hinting that Ryou will seduce her eventually lololol. Its very thoughtful of him to want to bring her mom along too. They will be a cute couple in the future. Too bad we won't see the lovey dovey parts though.
