i really like this oneshot, and every so often it creeps into my mind.

I think it ended in a positive note. To some extent, her androphobia is cured, and they meet again at long last, with no fear. Just concern for one another. Is not far-fetched to assumed some years later, when she became an adult, they did indeed end up together.
