I could see him joining as a researcher but there is no facepalm dramatic enough for a ancient dragon becoming a student.
 
why the fuck would he go to school to learn magic when he is a fucking dragon with ancient magics and then some. sure he might be able to learn some spells but in no way would they be as good as what he has now for combat

Also for those wondering why he’s going to the academy it ain’t to learn it’s to get fame and power probably a high rank or political power
 
welp gona drop this for a while, til the stupid school arc is over with, it was fun (kinda) for 30ish chapters, then the author drops the ball and falls into the iseka rut
