Search function for authors/artists includes others

I wanted to search for other works by namo since they seem to have made something new, but then it gives me a list of authors/artists that have "namo" included in their name as well. Trying to search namo in quotation marks brings up no results at all.

Yeah its so annoying when you wanna find a work by and author and it includes all other name why don't they add profiles or something? I've been thinking that for a while
