I knew that I knew this story, it’s been adapted previously into a drama. If you’re interested look up the c-drama “Well-Intended Love.” The characters are the same and portrayed as expected in a chinese rom com, so I guess the first season at least is worth a watch. That being said I’m dropping this because I already know the plot.
