Seitokai Yakuindomo - Vol. 7 Ch. 176

Sidelight on the anime I find interesting. The animators integrated Hagimura's bear bell bit here with a later strip where Tsuda admires a bell ("suzu" in Japanese, for the pun) — but to do so, they had to change the depiction; the kind of bell shown, a chime with a clapper, is probably a "kane". A "suzu" bell is more what Americans would call (if they needed to disambiguate) a jingle bell, round with a free-floating ball striker.

(It's all worth it to make sure we get Hagimura's reaction to Tsuda saying "I want a suzu.")
