Separate panels

Was wondering are uploaders allowed to upload manga in reasonably segmented panels. Example same pages on a single page would work perfectly being segmented on their own ( https://mangadex.org/chapter/739203/20 ). Or would this cause issues with the platforms displaying\people who have different presets having troubles with image sizes. and of course these single panels would be of a more reasonable quality that just an average small panel, which would need to be accompanied either by its neighbour or just as a regular page ( https://mangadex.org/chapter/739203/22 )

@HEXAMENDLE Could you elaborate? If you're talking about splitting up a manga by its panels, don't. It might be work fine on long strip, but things look fucky on single page and double page.
