Hello, the page for Aiki-S says it was "canceled", but that is not the case.
The serie is completed and all that is left to do is translating the chapters left, which is what I'm doing lately.
Can this be changed?

@MorshuTranslation

It has been changed to "Complete" now. :D

@BzzBzz

Actually, you could say there is a difference. While "Complete" implies that the entire story has been published, "Cancelled" has the implication that there is still more that would have been published, but the series was not allowed to continue, as compared to a "Hiatus" which means that the story will continue, but something has occurred that is preventing the publication of more chapters (such as the author having long-term, severe illness).

Nah, that's difference from "story" POV and I DO understand that difference. But I'm asking about "publication" POV. Is there really any difference? In both cases series was "finished" for whatever reason. In both cases "last chapter" was published (good or bad story-wise that's another story). Etc.

Let's take https://mangadex.org/title/41267/ for example. Story-wise it's too obvious it was axed aka cancelled. But still it's marked "completed". So what's the difference? 😎

> Cancelled is like, stopped abruptly without an ending? Something like Act-age.

But shouldn't it be marked "hiatus" according to...

I'm just trying to point that all these hiatus/canceled/completed statuses are all too wishy-washy :) and arguing over it makes no sence :)

@BzzBzz I do not keep up with Act-Age, so I wouldn't know. Sounds more like you are trying to make something more than it is. Of course, if a story is "Cancelled", then it could be considered "Complete". The reason "Complete" does not get used though -in that case- is that there is always the possibility -however slim- that it will get continued in another magazine or medium (like an internet webpage). A true "Complete" story is done, and won't return. And of course, Hiatus is as mentioned above, with the assumption that it will be continued at some point in the future.
