Setting to filter out manhwa and manhua. :planned:

Tried looking in settings. I know we can filter by scanlated chapter language and exclude content/format/genre/theme tags, but I can't find any setting that let's me just see manga (or more specifically, stiff of Japanese origin). Either I'm overlooking something obvious, or there simply isn't a "flag filter" that allows me to exclude manhwa and manhua from the releases page. So far, I've only been able to exclude wuxia stuff using the aforementioned tag exclusion settings.
