Settings: Help Hide Long Strips

I would like to ideally either hide all manga that must be read vertically as long strips, or somehow alter my settings so that only one page loads at a time. I would prefer that all pages not load at the same time. I can change this setting in the reader but it resets with every manga; I can't make it permanent.

If a solution is not possible, I would rather just hide all these chapters and series so that they don't show up when I search. Thanks for the help!
