this whole time i was thinking that they go around helping living creatures and it’s unfair because even though they help humans, their existence is fading because humans faith is fading. but no it’s straight up a business transaction for him. there’s nothing wrong with wanting to exist, but humans obviously don’t want to die from evil spirits yet they’re like “nah just believe in us so we can exist and if you die from evil spirits that you can’t do anything about, gg we could help u but we’re too lazy”

i mean my thing is if ur a diety that exists based on human’s belief then an equal trade would be getting rid of evil spirits, or else what use is it for humans to believe in them. like we have faith in greater powers even though we can’t see them because they have the power to help or harm us, and they decide what happens to us after we die. but if they don’t do any of that, they don’t do anything and we can’t see them, then what is there to believe. yangje thinks there’s no benefit in protecting humans from evil spirits that they may die from but what’s the benefit for humans to believe in deities? and i don’t even think like this normally. i don’t think it should be a business transaction, but if yangje wants to make it one then what is this one sided bs

Thank you for updating! I understand that fighting evil spirits takes up a lot of energy for the deities, but you can’t rely on fortune telling alone. She might look odd, but fighting evil spirits along with fortune telling will be a good way for them to get believers
