Thanks for the chapter.
As a german I found some of the name choices a little off. I'm pretty sure Bismarch is Bismark since it's also like that in my SK volumes.
Also on page 32 when she said "It's the usual Bretzchen" as response to how good the bread is, "Brötchen" would be the word. That means little bread and it's the kind they eat there.
