Damn did I miss something these past few hundred chapters? I didn't realize the third prince and that princess was the one behind the ninth prince's injuries. Guess it's time for a reread. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
@Radlife That's just what I was thinking lol. Honestly, I'm pretty much constantly confused with this comic unless I read an entire arc at once. Maybe I need to read the novel. It's so good though!
@Radlife The prince's involvement was made apparent some time ago, the foreign princess being more involved than just being from the same place as the archers is news, I think. Considering her position back home, we can probably assume they had orders from the very top to cooperate with this prince in exchange for the land that got mentioned here. Makes sense, they have food issues due to the climate of all their own land, so helping this twat make it to the throne for some land they could use to grow stuff would be a big plus for them.
She asked the prince to bring her out, and that's probably some evidence she planted over the wall. I have no idea since I don't read the source but that's what I think
Thanks for the info, I just finished my reread of it. You're totally right, the third prince was consolidating power for such a long time and they specifically name the foreign princess's lands I believe, can't recall the chapter number. Then when the ninth prince was giving punishment because of dumb Rujia trying to take the phoenix hairpin, they literally drop the plot right here https://mangadex.org/chapter/812744/5 and its great.
