i knew that miko girl is still alive , i said this in the comments of chapter 57 : " it is weird to see that the mangaka killed off a harem member of the MC . until Miko Girl 's corpse is showed , i will still believe that she is still alive . "
page 12 : this is the last volume , so the mangaka is giving endings to all the characters , and this glass guy 's ending is dying like a b!tch , lol . he is not a cute girl so he doesnt have any plot-armor .
this chapter feels like just a filler chapter , with nothing actually happens in it .

Knew it Yashiro was alive, though poor agent guy though he had nothing to do with the whole thing at least. Just collateral damage. Cute cult leader, this could be a start of a new series where the govt against Nyarloteph cult where the leader is yandere for MC and a band of weirdos MC, Dad, Taki, Takeo and occult club members as the MC group.
