If so, isn't it possible to twist the rule by saying sealing inside the body, but got the body consciousness taken. Then commit suicide (this doesn't use any power), breaking the body hence the seal.
Anyway wishing to seal the god and not using the god power is already a contradiction anyway, so I don't think it's a valid wish.
