you mean, non-english group? Maybe because they have more time, there's a lot of factor, one is GD scans has alot of mangas to translate now just like LHtranslation group. Two, people working on this particular manga on their group are not or can not always be available. Three, lack of staff perhaps? scanlating a manga is not that easy, except for those that can dedicate their whole hours on a manga they love.
