Both daily routines are insane. Shiota-sensei gets less than 4.5 hours of sleep, while Amai-chan barely sleeps over 6 hours. She might be able to keep this up for a few days, but his routine seems largely unrelated to the festival, and seems like the shortest way towards a total burnout.

@pip25 Regarding Sensei - I do hear a lot of negative things about Japanese work culture, especially with respect to staying late and time spent in the the office vs. time actually spent doing work. I'm also not sure if teachers are subject to that same standard, or if it only applies to office workers.

As for Amai-chan and getting less than six hours of sleep... uh....
