so this is the plot where both liked each other but are afraid of confessing/expressing their true feelings because of the lack of confidence. Well, if they start as friends and fall in love together, its even better than just a sudden crush. I hope there is no big drama.

I know nothing about the novel, but drama tag is pretty lightly used at many sites/apps, even when there is no real drama

Also, drama is kinda suggestive. Some things might be serious drama for someone, while just minor conflict for others

I've read many manga that had drama tag, and was just wholesome stuff almost all the way

Also, drama is not always related to romance, but life troubles
