Shonen Shoujo 18 kin - Vol. 2 Ch. 19

By the way, if anyone can find the mystery #20 chapter I'll scan as well (I guess). If not (maybe whoever it was that put in the metadata counted the extra stuff as a "chapter") I'll see if I can't change it to 19 and mark it "closed" so no one gets their hopes up.

Downer of an ending. So that author of this manga is ashamed that he likes porn, so he wrote this story to talk about a girl who loves porn. But the passion, emotion, and drama are so phony and forced, that her voice is really that of a rather insecure male author, and in no way resembles how any girl would feel about this hobby. Such a shame since I absolutely love the art.

First I saw that the official releases said volume 2 was either 199 or 200 pages and if you count up from the page that shows 174 in this chapter you'll see it comes out about right (minus the release info page). Then I found raws of both volumes and there is no chapter 20 in it. It runs up through the end of this chapter then goes into the Extra Contents and that's the end, so if there's a way to update and show this is fully done, I'm all for it.

Well it ended up somewhat decent and Ringo is clearly the endgame, once again, change the tags already. It's not Yuri, it's Straight Romance.

I feel like the author is confused and that might be a reason why his works are short lived. He usually starts in a common shounen romcom way but makes all the romantic scenes for the rest of the series yuri which attracts a whole other audience

@ZaxaPac Thanks for double-checking. I do have manga edit permissions as a Group Leader, so there's that, but I'll hold off until Thursday until before doing so in case it magically appears.

edit: Well, someone changed it, so I guess I'm done with this one. Heheh.

@starixcrown to be fair though is there really a problem with writing a short series. As much as i like some series, they tend to drag out the beginning premise for way to long that it tends to overstay its welcome. I think the biggest problem with the author (Kuzushiro) is that she, like the main character in this series, wants to draw one type of manga which is yuri but yuri isn't mainstream/popular so she tends to chuck wider nets to see if she can catch more potential readers.

What if i tell you this author is female ?

@Darklight99 I'm not planning on picking anything up for now - scanlating hasn't proven to be an efficient method of learning Japanese, so I'd rather concentrate more time on doing that, then possibly coming back in a few months - year once I've improved my Japanese to a personally satisfactory level.

Still gonna scan Amai-chan though. It's not like dropping that.

@red_bean_casserole
Wait really? I loved your speed and willingness to pick up less popular series, this is gonna suck, first ANQ dropping series after finishing a volume and now you. Well, at least we have Amai chan, but then again, if it isn't helping you, then you shouldn't be forced to do it, Thank You for Amai chan and this one though.

Also, SOMEONE change the tags from Shoujo Ai to Romance, last time I'm gonna say that I guess.
