What's the point of making drinking age 20, not 18? It basically only causes annoyance for those who would drink responsibly anyway (that's why they obey the law). The rest will get their booze one way or another, but since it takes extra effort and stigmatises them, they are more likely to do it more haphazardly, bothering others and possibly getting into dangerous situations.
