Show a [Read]/[Up to Date] on search pages :maybe:

Basically, I'd like to be able to know at a glance if I'm already up to date with a manga while on search pages, or even in the `Mangas` tab of my Follows. Just put an eye next to it if I've read the latest chapter in any language.

Even better would be a progress bar that would fill up, but that's a lot more work.

Thanks for your suggestion but there are already planned features for the revamp of the follows page where users will know if they've read a new chapter or not.

That seems like an extremely complicated piece of code to implement, regarding knowing how far into a manga you've read while on a search page. I'll mark that as Maybe for now, but I doubt that'll be implemented.
