Show (accidentally hidden) Announcement Panel/Bar

I'm not entirely sure what I did... but the blue announcement bar/panel was suddenly hidden for me...

How can I show it again? I've searched the settings but could not find a relevant option ;__;

This also happens when I log into MD on my phone (even though the accident was on my lap), so it seems to be account specific.

Most probably, when they put a new announcement, the bar will be back.

If you ever close it, you can just use the announcements subforum to find it. If you've read it once, the banner has served its purpose.
