The 5th panel before the end he said " just promise me one thing, that you'll never go and die on your own" I don't know why but it kinda hit me hard what if he's most beloved died alone like they said in the first chapter " Everything change when he's most beloved one died" and he said in 1st chapter,
Nurse: why japanese people are so weak
Then he said " are they not allowed to be weak"
He's most beloved one is weak and the phycologist cannot save her because she is weak and she commit suicide on her own and he doesn't want anyone experience dying alone or he wants to save anyone before something happened likes hes most beloved one.
