The annoying "why are you looking over there?" thing that happens a LOT in manga and anime. In reality, people don't notice things like that very often and when what you're looking at is basically a wall people would brush it off if they noticed. Not to mention when focused on a half naked woman it's pretty darn hard (pun?) to notice anything.
