Can I say both? Because while they make it annoying to scroll down to the most viewed tabs, and I don't approve of clickbaity text, I do admire how personalized to the title each ad is.
Maybe if they were just a little more contextual to the actual content of the manga.

I actually like the ads. They add some nice color to the page, while not being too annoying 
And they're a fun way to access 'random' mangas. Maybe some kind of server bot that takes crops of covers and ads random 'Legal 2D waiting for you' texts below them?

The "ads" are quite tame compared to the manga. Seeing lots of "I hate April Fool's Day" comments.
Guess it was a good thing the scanlators aren't doing my proposed idea of fake uploads involving hc yaoi into the most popular titles.. Talk about the hate then.

The ads are intensely fucking creepy, especially the one about claiming a loli, not a single one of them is actually funny.

I agree in general view.
At first I just happened to get 'normal ads' but over time it became intense.
This is not a porn site. I hope there is nothing that give such an impression.
I can just ignore it, it's easy, it's my expertise, and I don't read manga in public places. But, I don't know, maybe there should be a little change.
